2.1 Full Container Load (FCL) by Sea:
1. Book space with the freight forwarder designated by the client.
2. Obtain the container release order (SO).
3. Arrange for a trucking company to pick up an empty container from the port using the SO.
4. Transport the empty container to the factory for loading.
5. Return the loaded container to the port.
6. Submit documents for customs declaration.
7. Secure customs release.
8. Container is loaded onto the vessel. -
2.2 Air Freight:
1. Book space with the freight forwarder designated by the client.
2. Obtain the shipping order (SO) for warehouse entry.
3. Arrange transportation from the factory to the location specified in the SO.
4. Submit documents for customs declaration.
5. Secure customs release.
6. Cargo is loaded onto the aircraft. -
2.3 Consolidated Cargo in Supervised Warehouses:
1. Book space with the freight forwarder designated by the client.
2. Obtain the shipping order (SO) for warehouse entry.
3. Arrange transportation from the factory to the location specified in the SO (and provide customs declaration documents).
4. The supervised warehouse handles customs declaration directly; payment is made upon cargo arrival at the warehouse. -

Customs declaration is generally provided free of charge. Simply provide the customs declaration documents to the international courier staff when they pick up the goods.
