2. Finalize Logistics Terms
   Confirm the transportation price, compensation plan, and sign a transportation contract. The contract must clarify responsibilities of all parties, including transportation costs, compensation for potential damages, packaging requirements, and payment terms.

3. Arrange Goods Delivery to Designated Warehouse
   After the contract is signed, our company will provide a designated warehouse address. Clients shall ship the goods to this address as specified.

4. Submit Required Clearance Documents
   After shipping, clients must provide the following documents for customs clearance:This facilitates our tracking of the shipment. For direct delivery, clients must contact our sales team in advance to obtain the warehouse entry number for proper cargo allocation.

• Certificate of origin

• Fumigation certificate (if wooden packaging is used)

• Trade contract

5. Warehouse Inspection and Customs Declaration Arrangement
   After the paint/coating arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the goods for any damage or discrepancies. Once confirmed, the goods will be repackaged (if necessary) and prepared for customs declaration and loading. Important Note: Our clearance documents are prepared based on the information provided by clients. Clients must ensure the accuracy and authenticity of all submitted data. We shall not be liable for any issues arising from false declaration or concealment of information.

6. Post-Clearance Delivery and Payment Settlement
   After the goods are cleared and imported into the Chinese mainland, our sales team will prepare a statement of account based on the cargo details and send it to the client for payment arrangement. Meanwhile, we will coordinate delivery: if the client has no designated logistics provider, we will arrange delivery through our cooperative logistics partners (with the client’s confirmation).

7. Completion of Import
   The import process is completed once the client receives the goods and settles the full payment.

For small quantities of coatings, paints (e.g., thinner, cleaning agents, and other chemical liquids) used for personal purposes or as samples, a transshipment-based import method is recommended. This method offers the following advantages:
